Duties
- Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and B2B sales channels to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of sales management principles
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients and deals simultaneously
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to confidently engage customers both in person and over the phone
- Prior dealership experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for automobiles and a proactive attitude are essential
