The company is expanding its client services team and is looking for an Account Manager / Sales Executive who will manage client relationships, attract new clients, and ensure a high standard of communication and service. This is an on-site position with paid vacation and PTO.
Role Overview
The Account Manager / Sales Executive plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while driving business growth through new client acquisition. The position requires attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed through digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Identify and attract new clients aligned with the agency’s target industries.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and performance reports.
• Maintain client information and progress tracking within the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams — web development, SEO, PPC, content, design, and social media — to deliver results.
• Participate in offline meetings and events representing the agency.
• Primary KPIs: client satisfaction and new client acquisition.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in sales or account management (digital agency experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• General understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, paid ads, content, web development).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Photography or videography skills are a plus.
• Russian language knowledge is an advantage.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
