Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Patrol Officer to join our security team. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect criminal activity.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to identify suspicious behavior or incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce laws and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Document incidents accurately in reports and maintain detailed records of activities.
- Engage with the community to foster positive relationships and promote safety awareness.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and property damage.
- Participate in ongoing training related to conflict management, surveillance techniques, and law enforcement practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in law enforcement is preferred.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with the public.
