The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled barber or loctician to join our team. This is a commission-based position with no booth rent. You come in, you cut, you earn. The foot traffic is already here — you just need to show up and perform.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality haircuts, fades, tapers, lineups, and beard trims
• Maintain a clean and professional station at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service on every client
• Be reliable, punctual, and represent the shop with professionalism
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to grow your book
• Be coachable

Requirements

• Proven ability to execute clean fades, tapers, and lineups
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
