General Laborer

Pay: Starting at $19 per hour (based on experience)

5 Star Cleanouts is a growing cleanout, junk removal, demolition, and moving company serving residential and commercial customers throughout New York and Pennsylvania. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers.

Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday through Friday

- Occasional overnight travel (1–2 days) for larger projects
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial cleanout projects
- Load, unload, lift, and move furniture, appliances, debris, and other materials
- Perform demolition and job site cleanup as needed
- Help pack, move, and transport customer belongings safely
- Work efficiently as part of a team while following directions from the Crew Leader
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable, hardworking, and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screening if required
- Experience in moving, construction, demolition, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but no experience is required—we're willing to train the right person.
