Client Care Representative
Pay: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour,

We're currently looking for a Client Care Representative to be the friendly voice and reliable support system for our customers and technicians.

What We Offer:
- Pay: $17.25 - $22.25 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) with occasional overtime during peak seasons

What You'll Do:
As our Client Care Representative, you'll serve as the main point of contact for customers. You will:
- Schedule and coordinate service calls for our technicians
- Ensure technicians have the right tools, parts, and equipment for each job
- Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management to keep everything running smoothly
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and stay goal-oriented in a busy environment
- Prior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Basic bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or Service Titan software is a big plus
