🕕 Shift: Friday Nights or Friday days Only | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
💲 Pay Rate: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

5 Star Cares is seeking experienced and dependable caregivers to provide overnight support to individuals with medical and behavioral needs in a group home setting. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who desire consistent overnight work and want to make a meaningful difference.

👤 Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care
- Experience working with medium to high-acuity clients
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficient with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, hygiene
- Comfortable using assistive devices (wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc.)
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Experience with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness preferred
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Must complete ACHA requirements per House Bill 531 (2025)
