Key Responsibilities
Design & Project Management
- Execute comprehensive wood framing panel design across all project phases, from initial conception through completion
- Coordinate closely with project teams to plan, manage, and control accurate panel designs that meet structural and architectural requirements
- Participate in and lead design coordination meetings
- Manage design changes and maintain detailed records and documentation of all modifications and design decisions
- Communicate complex panel design information clearly to stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction teams
Software & Process Development
- Panel design utilizing Autodesk Revit with MWF-Plugin.
- Support the ongoing evolution of best practices and software solutions within the organization
- Troubleshoot design challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy
- Document processes and create standards that elevate team performance and consistency
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in wood framing design, panel design, or structural design with CAD/similar
- Proficiency with Revit
- Strong technical knowledge of wood framing systems, structural design principles, and building codes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities - both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Revit and MWF plug-ins.
- Background in commercial wood framing construction
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
