From residential parties to commercial events, we bring smiles to every occasion. Our home base is McBean Park in Lincoln, and we’ve been a trusted name in the community for years.
Position Summary
As a Bounce House Rental Events team member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This is a part-time role starting April 18th and running through Thanksgiving, with the potential to extend through the end of the year depending on weather and demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers independently with bounce houses, water slides, and other inflatables.
- Drive to event locations (residential and commercial) to set up, take down, and clean equipment.
- Work flexible hours: Example shifts include 2-4 hours in the morning (7-11 AM) for setup and 2-4 hours in the evening (6-10 PM) for pickups.
- Collaborate with a teammate to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to lift and maneuver over 200 lbs (this is a physically demanding role).
- Comfortable driving a pickup truck and towing a trailer.
- Must have a REAL ID and pass a background check.
- Availability to work on July 4th.

Compensation and Perks
