WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This bookkeeping and HR position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

As our Construction Bookkeeper - HR Coordinator, you're the linchpin of our bookkeeping and human resources operations. You start by diving into progress billing, ensuring accurate financial records for ongoing construction projects. As you reconcile accounts and bank statements, you collaborate with project managers to streamline invoicing processes. You're not just crunching numbers – you're driving efficiency and accuracy across the board!

In the human resources realm, you're the go-to person for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews with ease.
