Job Overview
We are an industry award winning, fast growing business looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across finance, vendors, and administrative processes.
This role is responsible for ensuring that recurring tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups are handled accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with a mid-level operations Manager, as well as the CEO, to help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and action items
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal trackers
- Assist in improving and maintaining operational processes
Finance Coordination
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP) processes
- Prepare and track invoices, payments, and expense records
- Coordinate with external accountant/bookkeeper for reporting and filings
- Help ensure state and compliance-related deadlines are met
Vendor & Office Management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners
- Track contracts, renewals, and ongoing vendor needs
- Assist with general office operations and logistics
General Business Support
- Handle ad hoc operational and administrative tasks
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across day-to-day operations
- Escalate issues and provide updates to the operations lead
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
