Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Shipping and Receiving Associate to manage the flow of inventory and ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (8-hour day shift).
- Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Location: In-person at our Denver, CO 80216 facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Shipping Pack-Out: Pack and verify unique orders for accuracy, applying shipping labels using our specialized software.
- Shipping Coordination: Process shipments via carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Uni Uni.
- Resolve daily shipping issues and missing items.
- Communication: Coordinate with the Account Management team regarding pack-out issues or carrier selections.
- Process driver manifests.
- Load freight onto transports.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized environment and assist in other areas during light receiving periods.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs (steel-toed shoes are not required).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong overall computer skills.
- Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, excellent math skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check.
