Marketing Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Restaurant Marketing Representative to join our team as an independent contractor. Duties:

• Build and Engage with leads to promote our marketing services, offering solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention for restaurants.
• Leverage your understanding of the restaurant industry to build credibility and establish strong client relationships.
• Conduct follow-ups with restaurant owners and managers to guide them through our service offerings and address their unique challenges.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Collaborate with the management team to craft targeted sales pitches and promotional materials.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales performance, client interactions, and follow-up tasks.
• Represent the company at local networking events and trade shows, expanding your network within the restaurant industry.
• Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with preference given to candidates with restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and a working knowledge of restaurant operations and customer behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present tailored marketing solutions that showcase ROI.
• Digital marketing or restaurant consulting experience is a bonus but not required.

Key Details:

• Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Compensation: Commission-based; 25% of closing cost, recurring.
