Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base. This is a remote, commission-only 1099 contractor role offering 3.3% recurring commission on all closed business, for as long as the client remains active.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and qualify leads through online research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of restaurant owners, small business owners, and hospitality industry contacts.
- Set appointments for our sales/consulting team by warming up leads.
- Track all activities in a CRM (provided by us).
- Work independently and manage your own schedule with full flexibility.
- Maintain professionalism and a strong brand presence when representing 5 Loaves Marketing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for marketing and small business growth.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and social media savvy.
- Highly organized and self-motivated — you know how to manage your time.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor (independent, commission-based role).

Compensation:
- 3.3% recurring commission on all closed client contracts (paid monthly).
- Commission continues for the lifetime of the client account, with no cap.
- Opportunity to grow into other roles (sales, account management, etc.) as the company scales.
