Location: Orlando & Kissimmee, FL (Travel Required)

Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience, reliability, and performance

We specialize in delivering top-tier customer satisfaction, reliability, and consistent, detail-oriented cleanings. We are now hiring Cleaning Specialists who take pride in their work and want to grow with us!

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients’ homes and properties to a high standard of cleanliness. Duties include:

• Perform general and deep cleaning tasks in residential and Airbnb units
• Follow detailed checklists for standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleanings
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
• Perform add-on services (when requested): oven/fridge interior, interior windows, laundry, etc.
• Ensure all tasks are completed before departure and the checklist is submitted via app
• Communicate professionally with the office team regarding job updates, reschedules, or special notes
• Report any property issues, damages, or customer concerns immediately

• Minimum 1 year of professional residential or hotel/vacation rental cleaning experience
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (including mop, vacuum, eco-safe products, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites in Orlando, Kissimmee, and surrounding areas
• Smartphone with camera, texting, and app access (to manage checklists and scheduling)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Prior Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning experience
• Familiarity with app-based scheduling and checklists
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Weekend availability preferred
