5b's Bakery in Concrete, WA is looking for a baker to join our 25 person strong team on an FT/PT basis. We are located on 45597 Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Pay range is 17.13-20.22. Flexible hours. Sick leave accrues at .03 hours per 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Mix and blend batters
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form breads, sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards a goal
- Experience as a Baker
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be able to lift over 30 pounds.
