Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and account reconciliation.
- Manage cash flow, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process and oversee payroll.
- Manage construction work in progress and job costing.
- Prepare job progress reports for Project managers.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance.
- Liaison with employee benefit package providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in accounting with exposure to construction accounting.
- Familiar with Quickbooks Pro-Desktop, Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Accounting degree preferred.
Established, financially strong, 25 year old family-owned business.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
