5 Ace Solutions, in partnership with LeafFilter, is hiring Entry Level Sales Management Trainees in Zionsville, IN. You will start in face-to-face sales and receive full training to grow into a leadership and management role fast.
No experience needed. We train you completely from day one.
What You Will Do
- Engage with customers face-to-face presenting LeafFilter products and solutions
- Learn the full sales process from customer interaction to closing deals
- Develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills through structured training
- Support your team and contribute to a positive results-driven environment
- Work toward greater responsibility and growth into a management role
What We Are Looking For
- No prior management or sales experience required — training provided
- Strong communicator who is goal-oriented and eager to learn
- Background in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Able to work full-time with flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
