About Us
5 A.M. Vinyl is a small, family‑owned vehicle wrap and graphics shop serving the Suwanee community. We specialize in commercial wraps, color‑change wraps, decals, and custom design work. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, tech‑savvy person who enjoys helping customers and keeping a shop running smoothly.
Position Overview
This part‑time role focuses on customer communication, light sales, and day‑to‑day administrative support. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, so strong communication skills and a professional, upbeat attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to text messages
- Manage and organize emails
- Assist customers in person and support consultations
- Explain services, answer questions, and help guide customers toward the right products
- Create and send invoices
- Maintain basic shop organization and handle miscellaneous tasks
- Help run our social media accounts (posting, responding, basic content creation)
- Use AI tools to assist with communication, content, and workflow (strongly preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and helping sell services
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Tech‑savvy; AI skills strongly preferred
- Social media experience is a plus
- Bilingual (any language) is a plus
- Some automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
- Must be comfortable working in a small‑business environment
What We Offer
- $18–$20/hour depending on experience
- Approximately 20 hours per week (more if you're productive and sales are growing as a result!)
