PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in fourteen offices in the US and internationally in the UK. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the ‘Land of 1000 Delights’ display.

We are looking for a Production Administration Coordinator to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will ensure that all of Operations, Sales Department, and Accounting Department have confirmed overall cost of a projects, and that records are accurate according to project. This person will be a resource for 4Wall employees at all levels to check on the status of an order.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will possess at 2-3 years of applicable office experience. Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized. Willingness to accept new challenges as the job may grow and change over time. Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet. Entertainment industry experience a plus.
