We are seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team and provide essential care to individuals in need. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with various healthcare needs in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide compassionate and attentive personal care to patients
- Support patients with mobility assistance, including lifting and transferring
- Monitor and record patient information, including vital signs and medical documentation
- Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care
- Implement care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
Experience
- Prior experience in nursing homes or long-term care facilities is beneficial
- Proficiency in providing patient care, particularly in dementia care
- Familiarity with medical documentation systems is advantageous
- Ability to lift and assist patients safely - Understanding of healthcare protocols and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
