About the Role:
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients, patients, and veterinary team. We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals who are committed to delivering compassionate care and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting clients and their pets warmly upon arrival
- Managing multiple phone lines with professionalism and accuracy
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Educating clients on basic veterinary products and services
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing (cash and card)
- Maintaining a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Supporting the team with general hospital duties as needed

- Previous veterinary or animal care experience preferred
