About the Role
4th Dimension Construction is a design-build construction company specializing in high-end remodels, additions, and new homes. We’re looking for a Sales / Project Developer who can confidently guide clients from first contact through signed contract, while representing our brand with professionalism, integrity, and leadership.
This role is not for order takers or “smooth talkers.” It is for someone who understands construction, listens well, communicates clearly, and can manage a process, not just close a deal.
You will be the captain of the sales and pre-construction process, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to contract.
What You’ll Do
- Manage client relationships from initial lead to signed contract
- Pre-qualify and screen incoming leads for fit, scope, and budget
- Conduct site visits, listen to client goals, and guide them through our process
- Prepare and present estimates, scopes of work, and contracts
- Coordinate internally with leadership, design, and production teams
- Clearly communicate next steps and timelines at every stage
- Participate in weekly planning and leadership meetings
- Maintain organized client files, notes, and sales tracking
- Support smooth handoff into pre-construction once projects are sold
What We’re Looking For
- Construction or design-build experience required (Residential remodels, additions, or new construction)
- Comfortable discussing scope, budget, and construction realities
- Personable, professional, and confident in front of homeowners
- Strong communicator—written, verbal, and in-person
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple clients
- Values-driven leader who follows through on commitments
- Willing to have references checked (clients, employers, or industry partners)
Experience with estimating, contracts, or project development is a strong plus. Design software experience is a bonus—but not required.
