- Daily Guarantee: $247 fixed daily rate whenever you work
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,500 gross per week
- Calculated Annual Salary: $72,800 – $78,000 per year
- Target Weekly Volume: 1,600 – 1,900 consistent miles
- Freight Handling: 100% Driver No-Touch Freight (drop-and-hook and store drop-offs)
- Territory Coverage: Serves stores across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan
Schedule & Home Time
- Weekly Home Time: Dispatches out Sunday, returning home every Friday afternoon for a full 34-hour weekend reset
- Shift Reality: Involves both day and night driving, store deliveries to retail malls, multi-stop drops, and tight backing situations
- Holiday Schedule: Guaranteed off on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (typically dispatches on alternating calendar holidays)
Prerequisites & Benefits
- Driver Credentials: Active Class A Commercial Driver's License and current DOT Medical Card; 21 years old
- Experience Tiers: Accepting CDL-A graduates/trainees (0 months experience) as well as experienced solo drivers and team operations
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75 miles of hiring hubs in Indianapolis, Indiana, or Gary, Indiana
