We're hiring drivers for a dedicated grocery fleet hauling refrigerated trailers across Central Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Job Highlights
- Earnings: Drivers average $1,200 to $1,300 gross per week (~$62,400 to $67,600 annually). Pay is structured as a flat rate per load $10 per stop $0.11 per mile, plus performance bonus potential.
- The Work: Delivering reefer grocery freight to distribution networks, supercenters, and neighborhood markets. 100% No-Touch Freight, store staff handles all live unloads at the docks. You'll run 1,600 to 2,400 miles per week in clean, slip-seated daycabs.
- Schedule: Dedicated Night Shift. Dispatch window opens in the late afternoon (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM), with primary driving happening overnight (9:00 PM to 9:00 AM).
- Home Time: Home Every Other Day (structured around runs and 10-hour breaks), plus a weekly 34-hour home reset and the potential for 2 consecutive days off mid-week.
- Weekends & Holidays: Expect routine weekend dispatches, with required shifts on holidays if assigned.
