- Unload Rate: $320 for every load (drivers average 2 to 3 loads/week).
- Weekly Miles: Expect 1,000 to 2,500 round-trip miles per week (1,600 avg).

- Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour DOT reset every week (typically falls across Saturday or Sunday).
- Equipment Care: Authorized take-home truck privileges during your weekly time off.
- Dispatch Flexibility: Night driving required.
Candidate Requirements & Full Benefits
What You Need:
- Valid Commercial Class A CDL with up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
- 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (reefer experience is a plus).
- Clean 3-year MVR (zero major safety violations like DUIs or reckless driving).
- Reside within 50 miles of Blandon, PA with reliable personal commute options.
- Pass standard DOT pre-employment screening (drug test, FMCSA Clearinghouse query, and background check).
