Dedicated Local CDL-A Driver – 0.63 to 0.70 CPM – HOME DAILY

You'll get back to your own bed every single night, enjoy two fixed rest days every week, and pull mostly hassle-free drop-and-hook freight.
Pay Structure & Earnings
- Weekly Take-Home: Drivers bring home an average of $1,300 gross weekly.
- Distance Expectation: Roughly 1,300 miles per week.
- CPM Scale: Starts at $0.63 CPM, bumping up $0.01 per mile every 6 to 12 months until reaching the $0.70 CPM top rate.
- Stop Pay: $15.00 per completed stop.
- Unload Addition: $40.00 flat payout for express lift-gate unloading events.
Route Details & Daily Schedule
- Running Lanes: Service routes stretch across the Bay Area, running North/South along the I-5 corridor into Reno.
- Home Time: 100% Home Daily with 2 set consecutive days off each week.
- Shifts: Operating day and night shifts; weekend work is standard.
- Trailer Setup: Mostly dry van drop-and-hook utilizing specialized roller-door trailers (occasional lift-gate handling).
- Peak Demand Notice: Expect mandatory 6-day workweeks and holiday dispatches during busy retail seasons.
What You Need to Apply
- Experience: Experienced solo drivers only (must have verifiable tractor-trailer experience; no entry-level trainees or 0-month drivers).
- Driver Status: Company drivers only (no teams or owner-operators accepted).
- Certifications: Valid CDL Class A and DOT Medical Card (Hazmat is welcomed, but not required).
