- What is the pay setup & mileage? Drivers average $1,400 per week running ~2,100 weekly miles. You start between $0.49 and $0.61 CPM based on experience, plus an extra $0.03 CPM for weekend miles (Fri 5 PM to Mon 4 AM). Stop pay is $10 for the first stop and $15 for every stop after.
- What are the work hours and holidays? This is a Night Shift operation with Home Daily consistency. Best of all, you get Thanksgiving and Christmas off.
- Do I have to touch freight? No. It is 100% No-Touch Freight pulling reefer trailers. Store personnel handle all unloading.
- Who qualifies? We accept Trainees (0 experience) as well as experienced drivers (6 mos in last year or 12 mos in last 5 years). Must live within 50 miles of our target hiring zip codes across MO, IL, IA, or KS, and pass DOT urine and hair follicle screening.
