CDL-A Local Shuttle & Delivery Driver – Phoenix, AZ

Keep Phoenix supplied while enjoying guaranteed daily home time! Our bakery fleet is hiring full-time drivers for local dedicated operations. This role is ideal for drivers who like hands-on work, physical movement, and a steady, predictable routine.

Position Highlights:

• Weekly Earnings: Earn $21.50/hour plus a $45 payout per completed stop (Gross average ~$1,300/wk).
• Route & Work: Dedicated 7-mile loop between the plant and distribution center, plus local backing/store drops. 100% touch freight (rolling delivery carts/trays using trailer liftgates) and yard switching.
• Schedule: Full-time night shift with 100% daily home time.
• Time Off: Guaranteed days off for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL DOT Physical.
• Experience: 6 months OTR in the last year OR 12 months local/yard/OTR in the last 5 years.
• Job stability: No more than 4 jobs in the last year.
• Safety: 0 major preventable accidents within 5 years.
• Must pass pre-employment hair and urine drug tests (Non-SAP).

Salary : $70,500 - $74,300
