Class A CDL Regional Fleet – Dedicated Retail Run (Cowpens, SC Base)

We are seeking reliable, hard-working Class A CDL drivers for a high-paying, physical regional account operating out of Cowpens, SC. If you want predictable lanes, steady work year-round, and top-tier weekly pay, this dedicated fleet is a great fit.
The Pay Package
- Average Pay: $1,672 per week ($86,962 annual average).
- Top Performers: Up to $2,020 per week ($105,023 /year).
- Mileage Pay: $0.70 to $0.84 CPM based on verifiable experience (~1,004 miles/wk).
- Unload Pay: $320 per load (averaging 3 loads weekly).
- Mentor Rate: $175/day during your 5-day onboarding period.
- Summer Bonus: Up to $2,000 extra per bonus period.
Freight, Schedule & Route Details
- Freight Type: 100% Dry Freight (retail products).
- Unload Process: Touch freight required—hand-unloading dry goods at store locations using gravity roller conveyors.
- Lanes Covered: SC, NC, GA, AL, TN, KY, VA, WV, and OH.
- Work Schedule: 6-day work week (Choose a Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday shift).
- Home Time: Guaranteed weekly 34-hour DOT reset (Friday night into Saturday or Saturday night into Sunday).
Hiring Regions & Equipment Parking
- Yard Access: Secure truck parking available at the Cowpens, SC terminal.
- Take-Home Option: Drivers living outside the local yard zone can take their equipment home with a safe, pre-approved parking location.
- Must Live Within:
- 120 miles of Mount Airy, NC
- 50 miles of Lexington, KY
- 50 miles of Knoxville, TN
- 50 miles of Chattanooga, TN
- 25 miles of Roanoke, VA
Driver Qualifications & Full Benefits
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
- Clean 3-year MVR (no major safety violations).
- Must clear standard DOT drug testing (urine & hair), Clearinghouse verification, and employment background checks.
