CDL-A Driver Trainee — OTR Route

Training & Starting Pay:
spend the first six weeks on the road with a trainer, earning $650 per week during the training period. After completing training, transition into a full-time CDL-A driving position.

Compensation:

• Average weekly pay: $1,000

• Weekly miles: 1,700–2,000

Requirments:

• Experience needed: None — trainee position

• Endorsements: Not required

• Equipment type: Dry Van

• Home time: Every two weeks

• Shifts: Day and night

• Weekends: weekend work required

• Holidays: Plan holiday home time in advance

Lane Information:

• Pertinent Lane Information: Eastern Us, Lanes from IN, IL to SE US

• Favourable Information on Lane: Eastern area, no Western states

• Unfavourable Information on Lane: Winter Weather up north

Requirements:

• Trainee status only — no experience necessary

• Clean MVR; no SAP history

• Must pass a hair follicle drug test
