Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Respond to email inquiries and route them accordingly
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Schedule meetings, travel and other arrangements
- Write letters and correspondence
- Proofread documentation such as reports, proposals, agendas, etc
Education
- High School Diploma
- Some College (College Degree a plus)
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Online storage databases (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud)
- Online Email / Project / Tasks Applications (Trello & Calendar)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
