We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and helping customers find the best solutions for their apparel, screen printing, embroidery, and equipment needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
- Meet with clients to discuss apparel, screen printing, embroidery, and equipment solutions
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage accounts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities and maintain organized customer records
- Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure successful order fulfillment
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of apparel decoration, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or related industries is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
