Role Description
This is a full-time, Director role based in Maitland, FL. The Director will oversee strategic planning and daily operations, ensuring organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include leading cross-departmental initiatives, supervising team performance, and delivering on business objectives. The Director will also develop and execute company-wide strategies, manage budgets, and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment while maintaining a focus on the company’s core values and mission.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional to lead and develop a high-performing catering sales team while partnering closely with operations and marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in catering sales, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships that generate repeat business and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of Catering Sales Managers
Drive new business development and repeat sales growth
Partner with Operations and Marketing to execute strategic catering initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, venues, and community partners
Set performance goals and analyze sales metrics to guide strategy
Support large-scale events as needed to ensure operational excellence
Optimize online catering platforms and sales processes
What We’re Looking For:
10 years of catering and direct sales experience
3 years leading and developing a catering sales team
Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel locally
Restaurant group catering experience is a plus
