Catering Operations Manager (Maitland, FL)

What You’ll Do
As the Catering Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage off-site concessions and events—including ESPN and UCF—ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and strong team performance.
- Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling for concessions and specialty events.
- Work closely with our Kitchen Manager to assist with daily prep, pan-ups, production, and order fulfillment for catering and delivery.
- Support warehouse functions, including receiving deliveries, inventory tracking, and organizing equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiencies, maintain product standards, and support specialty catering initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of communication for planning, logistics, and event execution across departments.
This is a hands-on role that blends leadership, event operations, kitchen support, and warehouse oversight—no two days will look exactly the same!
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant, catering, hospitality, or event operations
- Kitchen experience including prep, cooking, ordering, or production oversight
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Comfort working both indoors at our Maitland facility and outdoors at events
Bonus points if you have:
- A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Prior catering sales or concessions experience
- Experience working with local event venues
- Familiarity with catering or food service software
