Job Summary
The Project Control Analyst is responsible for leading and coordinating activities between distribution engineering, customers, and resource allocation teams for Power Delivery distribution projects. This position ensures project schedules and milestones are accurate and achievable while monitoring progress and maintaining customer communication. The ideal candidate is experienced in project scheduling, distribution design/construction processes, and asset management systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate weekly/bi-weekly scheduling meetings with Engineering, Distribution Supervisors, and Construction Coordinators.

Maintain continual accuracy of project schedules and proactively monitor project progress.

Collaborate to schedule jobs to meet customer commitments and project timelines.

Proactively communicate construction milestones to customers and internal stakeholders, including start dates, completion ranges, and any reschedules.

Support storm response activities, including the Storm Estimated Response Plan (RSERP), if needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

Experience with project scheduling strongly preferred.

Prior experience in Power Delivery design and construction processes is highly desirable.

Experience with utility systems such as ARMS, JETS, CSS, and Distview preferred.

Familiarity with work and asset management or scheduling technologies preferred.
