Key Responsibilities :
- Outage Planning :
- Develop strategic outage schedules in collaboration with senior management and project leaders.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational requirements .
- Resource Allocation & Leveling :
- Strategically allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize project performance.
- Balance resource distribution to prevent over-allocation or underutilization .
- Critical Path Management :
- Identify, monitor, and manage the critical path of the outage to prevent project delays.
- Implement proactive measures to keep critical tasks on track.
- Progress Monitoring & Change Management :
- Continuously analyze and update outage schedules , tracking progress and addressing deviations.
