Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Document Control Lead / Administrator with over 11 years of experience managing and optimizing document control processes.
This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy in all document management activities across the organization.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic oversight of document creation, revision, and maintenance, while driving the adoption of best practices, standards, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee document control operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate and industry standards.

Develop, revise, and maintain controlled documents in alignment with regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform thorough reviews, verifications, and validations of critical documentation.

Utilize advanced document management systems and software tools to categorize, track, archive, and retrieve documents efficiently.

Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards summarizing document control performance, audit results, and improvement recommendations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support on document control processes.

Qualifications
