Job Description: Dog Daycare Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to dog owners and ensure a positive experience for both dogs and their owners.
- Supervise and monitor the behavior and interactions of dogs in the daycare facility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the dogs, including cleaning up after them and sanitizing play areas.
- Engage in playtime activities with the dogs, such as fetch, tug-of-war, and interactive toys.
- Administer medications or treatments to dogs as instructed by their owners or veterinarians.
- Monitor the health and well-being of the dogs, including recognizing any signs of illness or distress.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with dogs in a professional setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of dog behavior, breed characteristics, and basic training techniques is a plus.
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with confidence and patience.
- Strong communication skills to interact with dog owners and provide updates on their pets' activities and behavior.
