Role Overview

We’re seeking an Engineering Graduate who’s passionate about growing into Project Management. You’re going to be relied upon to keep the team moving in a positive, forward direction by working with the CTO on a day-to-day basis. You are organized, dependable and able to keep up with changing business needs while using your understanding to strategically support and prioritize CTO’s projects. You also have communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people. In this role, you’ll succeed if you’re happiest keeping things organized and tidy, but underneath it all you’re a nerd at heart who wants to push the advancements of LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform an extensive array of core administrative tasks for the CTO:
• Understand his methodology for documentation of software development by handling creating and managing the documentation of his work.
• Be a part of team meetings and track progress, blockers, solutions, and successes of the team.
• Utilize your technical background to optimize the best way the team can streamline these efforts.
• Organize, plan and execute team events.
• Responsible for greeting executive’s guests (ie. interviews, customers, etc.).
• Grow into driving projects and own the operation of programs and initiatives within the Engineering team.
• Be the main liaison for coordinating meetings and external engagements with our customers, and partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineer, or technical discipline
• 1 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops) -- direct executive support, project management, and event planning experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump into a myriad of projects. Resourceful self-starter that is curious, asks questions and can make logical, proactive decisions in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Extreme attention to detail, organized and responsive.

• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week at Dallas HQ.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working with engineering teams
• Capability to read, distill, and create technical documentation.
• Ability to learn fast and test new hypotheses quickly.
• Passion for AI and Advancing technology

Compensation

• Base salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
