- Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with the dental team to optimize patient flow

- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial arrangements, including payment options and financing plans
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes, insurance information, and appointment history
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions
- Collaborate closely with dental professionals to facilitate smooth operations and exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
