Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Implementation Manager-Customer Success, located in San Ramon, CA, with some work from home flexibility. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing client implementations, ensuring client satisfaction, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Tasks include project planning, status reporting, client communication, and troubleshooting any issues during the implementation process.
