We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team and contribute to our continued success.**Location:** Inland Empire**Job Type:** Part-Time/Full-Time**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Tile Repair:** - Assess and repair damaged or broken roof tiles. - Perform accurate tile matching and installation to ensure a seamless appearance. - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.2. **Shingle Installation and Repair:** - Install new shingle roofing systems following safety and industry standards. - Diagnose and repair shingle roofs to fix leaks and extend roof lifespan. - Provide maintenance and replacement solutions for shingle roofing.3. **Commercial Coating and Replacement:** - Apply high-quality coatings to commercial roofs for protection and durability. - Replace commercial roofing systems as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient job completion.4. **General Duties:** - Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition. - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all job sites. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and project success. - Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and client communications.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience in roofing, specializing in tile repair, shingle installation/repair, and commercial coatings.- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.If you are passionate about roofing and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
