Screen Room Operator - 2nd Shift

REPORTS TO: Production Manager

HOURS: "Week A" M-Thu 3pm to 12am Fri 3pm to 7pm, "Week B" M - Thu 3pm to 1am

As a screen room operator - 2^nd shift, you will be making our customer's artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

Here is what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed in production.
• Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines as trained.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
