JOB REQUIREMENTS: REPORTS TO: Facilities Manager HOURS: Monday - Friday;
7:30am-4pm (Extended hours at times is possible). FLSA STATUS:

execute maintenance plans for equipment and machinery. You will also
assist the facilities manager in project planning/execution and building

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate
on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility,

software maintenance program when completed assigned work.
Machine/equipment maintenance includes but is not limited to performing
preventative maintenance on: All printing presses All printing conveyor
dryers All screen-making equipment All screen reclaim equipment Repair
and calibrate equipment as needed. Communicate with outside contractors
on projects. Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in
your role. Participate in training classes and actively seek
professional development. This may include training on first responder
duties and ergonomics. Perform building maintenance including inside
(painting, ceiling tile, carpet replacement, etc.) and outside (snow
shoveling, etc.). Collect garbage, cardboard and recyclable items in
your work area. Use compactors, as needed. Operate ride on floor
scrubber for the shop floor. Assist with the preparation of coffee,
popcorn and nachos or other refreshments for associates. Help with setup
and tearing down of meeting rooms. Install workstations and partitions;
and assist associates with inter-office moves. Perform inventory control
of cleaning supplies and paper products. Help out in other areas when
needed and when time allows. You might be a fit for this position if you
