HOURS: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm

As an embroidery shipping associate – 1st shift, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by shipping customers their high-quality embroidered items and ensuring that our customers receive their items by their event date.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
- Perform entire book out and shipping process for the Embroidery Department.
- Following UPS and Federal Express shipping processes.
- Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event date.
- Ability to physically handle large volumes of packages in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure packages are correctly entered into the shipping system.
- Act as back up for Embroidery Associates when needed.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Prior date entry and computer experience.
- Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
