Communication Center | Non-Exempt
Job Range - $18.58 - $24.40/hour
Opening Shift:
*This position is subject to a Saturday rotation
7:55 am – 4:25 pm - Non Saturday week M-F
7:55 am – 5:10 pm - Saturday week M-F
8:45 am – 2:15 pm - Saturday
Mid Shift:
*This position is subject to a Saturday rotation
8:30 am – 5:00 pm - Non Saturday week M-F
8:30 am – 5:45 pm - Saturday week M-F
8:45 am – 2:15 pm - Saturday

At 4Front Credit Union, great service doesn’t have to happen face-to-face. As a Communication Center Specialist I, you’ll connect with members through phone channels—helping them navigate everyday banking needs with confidence.
You’ll answer questions, process transactions, solve account issues, and get to know what members need so you can connect them with helpful solutions. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making every interaction count, this could be a great place to start or grow your financial-services career.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with members through phone, channels, providing friendly, professional, and personalized service
- Help with everyday banking needs, including transactions, payments, account maintenance, forms, and service requests
- Listen carefully, answer questions, research concerns, and help members find clear solutions
- Learn about members’ needs and connect them with products and services that can support their financial goals
- Maintain accuracy while handling transactions, documentation, account updates, and other operational responsibilities
- Work alongside teammates and leaders to create a positive, collaborative experience for every member
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is preferred; financial institution experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help people
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately while managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Basic math and computer skills with comfort using phone systems and business applications
- Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is preferred
