Position Overview:

We’re seeking a refined, compassionate, and highly motivated Physician Associate/ Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping patients transform their health and appearance while providing a concierge-level experience in a modern, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

.         Conduct new client consultations, wellness assessments/physical exams, and follow-ups. 

·         Develop and manage personalized hormone therapy and medically assisted weight loss treatment plans.

·         Prescribe and oversee therapies including testosterone, estrogen, peptides, semaglutide, and tirzepatide.

·         Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle optimization.

·         Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure exceptional patient satisfaction.

·         Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.

·         Represent the 4Ever Young brand with professionalism, warmth, and care.
.         Collaborate with the marketing department on digital marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
.         Generate weekly sales reports using our leads database to quantify contacts and sales. 

Qualifications:

·         Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) license in the state of Florida.

·         Prior experience in hormone therapy, weight management, functional medicine or wellness preferred. 

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Professional, polished presence with a passion for luxury wellness and patient experience.

·         Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
