We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct telemarketing and outreach campaigns to generate leads and qualify prospects
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present product offerings and tailor solutions to meet business needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a strong customer experience throughout
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of our technology products and industry trends to communicate value effectively
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
OR equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (B2B Sales, Technology Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, prospecting, and consultative selling
- Experience selling technology solutions or services strongly preferred
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques including outbound calling and telemarketing strategies
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain a customer-first mindset
- Strong business development skills with a focus on achieving targets through planning and execution
