What You’ll Do:
- Consultative Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive, high-end aesthetic consultations. Act as a strategic advisor to analyze patient goals, educate them on options, and design customized, multi-modality treatment plans.
- Perform Advanced Procedures: Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and IV therapy with precision and artistic flair, adhering strictly to state regulations and safety protocols.
- Drive Relationship-Based Sales: Build lasting, high-trust relationships by guiding patients through their long-term health and aesthetic journeys. Proactively introduce and cross-sell the full ecosystem of 4Ever Young services (including hormone optimization and medical weight loss) to help patients maximize their results.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the medical and center teams to optimize patient flow, track conversion metrics, and deliver a seamless, five-star guest experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a premier brand ambassador, actively participating in center events, marketing initiatives, and local community workshops to drive new patient acquisition.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Credentials: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Utah.
- Aesthetic Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on injectable experience (neurotoxins and fillers) with a portfolio showcasing exceptional, natural-looking results.
- Consulting & Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a consultative sales role, aesthetic consulting, or high-end hospitality. You are comfortable talking about money, overcoming objections, and closing treatment packages.
- Growth Mindset: A competitive yet collaborative drive. You are motivated by performance goals, KPIs, and the opportunity to scale business revenue.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and listening skills. You can articulate complex clinical and wellness concepts into clear, value-driven benefits for the patient.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Base: $35.00 – $55.00/hour (commensurate with experience and existing portfolio).
